I have had the Motorola Droid for a week now. I am very happy with the overall appearance of the phone. It is sleek and the buttons are easily pressed. The one downside of the phone I have come across is the sound quality. I have read that Verizon might have a software update for it by December 11th. This phone is a major competitor of the iPhone. I was a user of a iPhone 2G 16GB. This unit has the same memory, but you can, change the 16GB out for a 32GB card. Also you can change out the battery, I’m sure with my daily charges I will need to eventually change out the battery in a years time.
This phone has met my expectations for a smartphone. Every few words said while searching google by voice were missed but partly because of me talking fast.
