2011 is just around the corner, and there is no better time to workout. p90x has been around for some time, and I myself am starting around January 10th 2011. Beachbody, the company behind p90x is a great company, with a fantastic coaching program. You do not need to be a trainer to be a coach. I myself have become a coach. Now is a great time to become a coach.
